Facial Nerve Reconstruction after Oncologic Resections

Grafts and Double Innervation
      Tumor location, time of evolution of facial paralysis, and preoperative identification of poor prognosis factors are the key elements for preoperative planning for tumor resection and facial nerve reconstruction.
